Justice for Ex-Co-op Workers
When the former Co-op Department Store in Carr Street closed, employees who had worked for the Society for many years were left without full redundancy payments as the store had recently been sold to a new owner. Ben worked hard with union officials to ensure that the East of England Co-operative honoured what their former employees deserved.
