Evening Star
The waterfront tower- dubbed the wine rack- that has remained a concrete skeleton for almost two years is unlikely to ever be completed, The Evening Star can reveal today. And now the town's MP has called for it to be pulled down as it becomes a symbol of the recession casting its shadow over the regeneration of the Waterfront. There are not believed to be any structural problems with the building-yet.
