Evening Star
A top Tory will be holding a Q&A session with teachers in the town this week. Oliver Letwin, chairman of the Conservative Party's Policy Review, will be visiting Chantry High School on Thursday. The party's Parliamentary candidate for Ipswich, Ben Gummer, said "If we are to reverse the decline in social mobility, tackle social injustice and succeed as a country, we have to improve the education we give our children." The session will be held between 4pm and 5.30pm. Teachers wishing to attend must register by contacting Sophie Stanbrook on 07789 931 311 or by emailing sophie@bengummer.com.
