Tories back hospital campaign

IPSWICH Hospital-based services today shot to centre stage in the looming general election battleground. Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has revealed a Tory administration would free the Heath Road hospital from the control of NHS bureaucrats - and allow it to retain its vital services.
